Co-founder and Managing Director
Ms. Aurangabadwala has over 15 years of experience in various fields related to environmental management and industrial hygiene. Her experience encompasses working on industrial hygiene projects including indoor air-quality, asbestos, lead-based paint and hazardous waste surveys, testing for radon and drinking water.
As an industrial hygienist she worked on several projects involving hazardous materials surveys, abatement designs and specifications, abatement oversight and monitoring, testing for drinking water and radon, exposure assessments and indoor air quality (IAQ) surveys.
In Tehsin’s free time she can be found gardening, cooking, and traveling.
Program Manager - Environmental Compliance and Management
Ms. Dyson has over 30 years of environmental consulting and management experience. She has provided consulting services to Federal, state, and local governments as well as a wide breadth of industrial clients and developers. Ms. Dyson has worked on projects in 45 of the 50 states in the US and on six of the seven continents. Her projects have included, but aren’t limited to alternate fuels research, development, and management, organic and solid waste diversion strategy planning, environmental compliance auditing for numerous public and private entities, Environmental Management System (EMS) development and implementation, and multi-media environmental permitting of multi-million dollar projects.
Emily enjoys disk golf, kayaking, and being in the great outdoors with her family.
Certified Industrial Hygienist
Mr. Julius is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional with experience working on industrial hygiene and air quality programs including asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint surveys and design, exposure assessments, indoor air quality studies, mold investigations and risk assessments, industrial hygiene monitoring, and construction oversight during hazardous materials abatement. Mr. Julius has practiced industrial hygiene for 15 years and has been a CIH since 2011.
Josh’s interests include dog-walking, finding asbestos and mold that other people missed, and cheese.
Co-founder and Principal
Mr. McAbee has 23 years of experience providing comprehensive industrial hygiene services on both small and large-scale projects. His project types include; asbestos and lead-based paint inspections, management planning, abatement design, and abatement monitoring/oversight/quality control. Kamau has also worked on infection control, environmental site assessments, noise studies, emergency disaster relief services, expert testimony, and a broad range of health and safety services.
Kamau enjoys outdoor activities, live performances, and chocolate desserts.
EHC is proud to have been selected by the NHP Foundation, a non-profit real estate organization, to complete the required ASTM Phase I/II and the HUD Part 50 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Assessment for the redevelopment of a property in Central Park Heights, Baltimore City, Maryland.
EHC team provided industrial hygiene services for asbestos, lead based paint and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB). EHC’s team was involved with testing building materials, awareness training for PCB, reviewing and approving abatement work plans and providing abatement oversight and monitoring.
EHC is experiencing exciting growth in the services we provide and adding committed team members. We are pleased to welcome field technician Nkosi Morrison and Josh Julius, CIH/CSP, to the EHC Team.
